Delivery , exchange and return
For International delivery, our main delivery will be using Singapore Post international service and it takes 5-21 business day for delivery and there are expected delays during festive seasons.
For local Singapore delivery, we will be using normal mail delivery for less than $12 on total purchase and smartpac with tracking number provided for above $12 on total purchase. It will normally takes 2-5 business days for delivery into your mail box.
The customer's shipping address will be the designated location for all product deliveries. Any delays or missing deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer are not the responsibility of our company. It is recommended that the customer thoroughly verify their order information prior to finalising it.
There are various factors that may impact the estimated arrival time of your orders. If you are unable to receive your order within the predicted delivery timeframe, we cannot offer any reimbursement.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not granted for simply changing one's mind. If the customer is dissatisfied with the quality, size, or colour of the product, these issues do not qualify for a return or refund. Under limited circumstances, we may allow an exchange. This includes cases where the incorrect item was delivered or the product was damaged during shipping.
The customer must provide photographic evidence and contact us regarding the issue within three days of receiving the order. For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
